Vodka and caviar risotto

280g Carnaroli rice
100g mascarpone cheese
Adamas Caviar Prestige selection
Pepper vodka spray
We toast the rice in a saucepan, douse it with a small glass of vodka and leave it to evaporate. We bring it to the boil with salted boiling water. Off the heat, we cream it with mascarpone cheese. After pouring it onto the plates, we let it cool a little on the surface and then lay the Adamas Black label caviar in the centre of the plate. We spray the finished dish with Pepper Vodka spray to pleasure.
