Originally me and my cousins were all from the northern hemisphere of the world, Eastern and Western Europe, northern Asia and America. Only recently we have been introduced to South America, in few fish farms.
Some of us prefer cold waters, others like warm water better. I am mainly anadromous ( I can live in both salt and fresh waters) and
my most developed sense is my sense of smell. I can weigh more than one tonne and live more than 100 years.

The crystal container has to be filled with ice, then the tin is placed on top in order to keep a constant temperature throughout the entire tasting.
