Fake bresaola ravioli, goat's cheese and Adamas Imperial Oscietra

Ingredients for 4 people:

12 thin slices of top-quality bresaola

Goat’s cheese

Adamas Imperial Oscietra caviar

 

Place a small dollop of goat’s cheese in the centre of each slice. Fold the edges over, pressing them together, then shape into a small parcel.

Arrange three parcels on each plate, adding a quenelle of caviar.
