Celery, Crème Fraiche and Adamas Royal Fusion

4 middle sticks of celery
100gr of crème fraiche or sour cream
Royal Fusion caviar
Clean the celery and remove the outer, stringy part. Add a spoonful of crème fraiche or sour cream and top with a quenelle of caviar.
