Boiled potatoes and Adamas caviar American Tradition

Needed
4 small potatoes
Salt, oil
American Tradition caviar (Green Label)
parsley
We boil the potatoes in (slightly) salted water. We peel them and place them in the centre of the plates. With a fork we coarsely mash them and polish with a little oil. Place the caviar on all the potatoes and add a few tufts of curly parsley.
