Beef tartare with Imperial Oscietra caviar
11 March 2024Lemon beef or veal tartare with Imperial Oscietra caviar!
Needed:
200 g veal or beef fillet
Oil, pepper, lemon, salt
Imperial Oscietra Adamas
We chop the fillet with a knife until we obtain a tartare, our preferred grain size: we like it quite large. We rub with oil, a little salt, lemon and a hint of pepper. After 15 minutes we arrange on the plate with plenty of caviar, in this case we used our Imperial Oscietra!
