Tuna tartare with marjoram and Adamas Imperial Oscietra

Ingridients:

200 g fresh tuna

Marjoram

Gin spray

Imperial Oscietra caviar

Salt, pepper

We buy some excellent fresh tuna and cut it into cubes of our preferred size. We massage it briefly with oil and a splash of gin spray, shape it into a ring shape on the plate. We add a marjoram leaf and a generous quenelle of Imperial Oscietra caviar.
