Toasted Bread, Lemon and Adamas Imperial Beluga

Ingredients for 4 people:

4 slices of bread
100g of mascarpone Organic lemon
Pepper
Imperial Beluga caviar

Toast the bread and while it is still warm spread a generous amount of mascarpone cheese. Lightly great the zest of an organic lemon and sprinkle on top. Add black pepper, if desired, and finally a quenelle of caviar.
