For a light lunch or a quick summer-proof dinner, here is a simple and tasty recipe to make at home.
Ingredients for two people
200 g fresh salmon
Tarragon
Salt, pepper
50g Imperial Oscietra caviar or your favourite!
We provide fresh salmon and cut it into cubes of our preferred size. We season it briefly with salt and pepper, place it in a ring shape on the plate, add a tarragon leaf and a generous quenelle of Imperial Oscietra and here we have a tasty and sophisticated yet simple dish.
