Red radicchio salad and Beluga sturgeon

Ingredients:

1 head of red radicchio

1 apple (Golden Delicious or Granny Smith)

Walnut kernels

Salt

Oil

Traditional Balsamic Vinegar

1 jar of Adamas Beluga Sturgeon

 

Cut the radicchio into julienne strips.

Dice the apple. Break the walnut halves into pieces by hand.

Mix everything together, season with salt and oil, and finish with Traditional Balsamic Vinegar.
