Raw Langoustine and Adamas Imperial Beluga

8 raw langoustine
Salt and oil needed
Imperial Beluga caviar
Source come good quality, very fresh langoustines. Clean them internally and remove the heads. Plasce them onto a place and, if you wish, add a pinch of salt, oil and lemon juice, but unseasoned also works perfectly. To finish, add a generous quenelle of caviar.
