Cereal bred

Sour cream

Organic lemon zest

Riviera Selection caviar

Toast two slices of multi-grain bread, cut into small squares and place onto a place. Use a knife to spread the sour cream, sprinkle with lemon zest and add a generous quenelle of Adamas Riviera Selection Caviar.
