Cucumber, Gin and Adamas American Tradition

Ingredients for 4 people:

2 cucumbers

Gin

Salt

100gr of soft cheese

Marjoram

American Tradition caviar

 

Slice the cucumbers lenghwise with a mandoline. Place into a flat container and cover with gin. Sean with salt and leace to marinade. Once the cucumbers have softened, place a quenelle of caviar at one end roll the cucmber into a roulade. To serve, put the roulades onto a plate and use a piping bag to add a dot of cheese and finish with a marjoram leaf.
