Caviar Aqua ADAMAS®

Caviar Aqua ADAMAS is fresh Caviar made by Acipenser Naccarii x Acipenser Baeri sturgeons with the traditional processing “Malossol” which means ‘with little salt’.
The diameter of the egg is between 2,5 and 3 mm and the colour goes from pearl grey to hazel brown.
The flavour is suave and delicate with a light nutty aftertaste.
It comes in prestige vacuum jars available in 30, 50, 100 and 250 grams.
Upon request is possible to have also bigger jar sizes up to the original 1,8 kg tin.
